Elders guide and share traditional teachings through weekly healing circles held in a trauma-informed care space.
These circles build trust, connection, and the sharing of cultural healing practices, supporting each sister on their unique healing journey.The four sacred medicines and their teachings play a central role—inspiring survivors to reclaim with their cultural identity and reclaim their wellness through Indigenous ways of being.
