In loving memory. Elder Ramona has since walked on to the sky world, and we honor her legacy, teachings, and gift of spirit.

  • Elders guide and share traditional teachings through weekly healing circles held in a trauma-informed care space.
    These circles build trust, connection, and the sharing of cultural healing practices, supporting each sister on their unique healing journey.

    The four sacred medicines and their teachings play a central role—inspiring survivors to reclaim with their cultural identity and reclaim their wellness through Indigenous ways of being.

    Facilitator: Elder Arlene Red Elk, Facilitator.

    Day/Time: Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 pm (PST) ongoing.

    Circles will be held via Zoom. Registration is required.
